Conor McGregor bashed Max Holloway as the fighter claims to be the best boxer in UFC history. McGregor once held the UFC featherweight championship and recently shared his thoughts on Max Holloway’s incredible punching skills. Their history in the octagon goes back to 2013 when they clashed at UFC Fight Night 26.

McGregor was a relatively new face in the UFC then, and fans were beginning to realize his potential. McGregor emerged victorious with a decision after a hard-fought three-round battle, and since then, the rivalry has always been active. Recently, the former UFC double champion came across a video of Holloway and shared it on his Instagram story. He issued a warning alongside the video, saying, “I’m gonna box you around the cage, Max, just for this comment alone.”

The video was from Holloway’s fight against Calvin Kattar in January 2021, in which the fighter in the middle of the fight screamed,I’m the best boxer in UFC, baby.” In that fight, Holloway displayed exceptional skills that night, setting a new record for significant strikes with a remarkable 445, surpassing his previous record of 290.
