Cejudo said the reason for McGregor’s animated appearance with Ronaldo was due to cocaine use. Moreover, he even put a sly dig on Drug-Free Sports International, the new anti-doping partner of the UFC. Nevertheless, he believed that McGregor would headline UFC 300 against Michael Chandler.

Furthermore, Cejudo also thinks that McGregor is richer than UFC CEO Dana White. Like everybody else, Cejudo also acknowledges that McGregor is the biggest draw in the sport.

Former double champion Henry Cejudo praised Conor McGregor for creating storylines with his comments and tweets. This is what Cejudo said about McGregor on his YouTube channel.

What Conor McGregor does very, very well is he knows how to build stories. He's a great storyteller, a great villain, and he knows when to kind of poke and chime at somebody in order for people to start talking. And then maybe, at the very end, maybe spin it and actually pull it out.

Even though McGregor is putting out options for him, Cejudo believes that McGregor will fight Chandler next. Cejudo sees McGregor’s tactics as a way to create storylines for the fight and ultimately sell big Pay-per-views. Cejudo will face Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 298, headlined by Alexander Volkanovski and Ilia Topuria, for the featherweight title.
