It’s never over until it is actually over when it comes to mixed martial arts. Henry Cejudo had to learn this hard way during the Kamaru Usman vs Leon Edwards 2 welterweight title fight at UFC 278. After the brutal knockout, the British welterweight made the former double champ eat his words.

Kamaru Usman vs Leon Edwards 2 was a fight for the ages and will go down as one of the most shocking title fights. Leon “Rocky” Edwards absolutely shook the world with his devastating knockout via left-high kick against the pound-for-pound champion. Kamaru was the clear favorite to win the fight against Edwards and was comfortably cruising past the UK fighter on the scorecards up until he met with Leon’s left foot.

Henry Cejudo and Usman are managed by the same person, Ali Abdelaziz. So naturally, Triple C was rooting for his friend during the weekend bout. Cejudo, who was rooting for Usman, was talking to his manager, Ali Abdelaziz all the while Usman was beating up Leon in the octagon. A video of Henry watching the fight from the front rows has been surfacing the internet as Triple C is seen talking to Ali and saying, “Hey, Ali. Easy money bro. Easy money”. Only for Leon to put Triple C’s friend to sleep and become the new welterweight champion.

Ali is one of the most hated MMA personalities on the internet. The Dominance MMA founder gets a lot of hate because of his controversial opinions and his often very disrespectful comments about fighters that aren’t managed by him. UFC 278 took place at the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. Henry, Ali, and other top MMA aces sat in the front row of the Arena getting an amazing view of the fight.

After Henry’s “Easy money” comment directed towards Abdelaziz, a minute later, Leon pulled off a devastating left kick out of nowhere to flatline the pound-for-pound champion. The video shows Henry’s shocking reaction and also Abdelaziz sulking in sadness as his fighter loses the belt to Leon. The fans were absolutely loving this video and showed no mercy to Henry or Ali for their reactions.
