The upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF), which will run from May 30 to August 15, 2023, has been pitched in and will feature Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler as coaches for their respective teams. While many fight fans are excitedly waiting for the mega clash between Chandler vs McGregor at the conclusion of the season, there is also much curiosity about the contestants that might feature on the show.

However, it seems the details about the contestants for the 31st edition of TUF have been revealed. Several of the TUF 31 competitors on Teams Chandler and McGregor appear to have been named in a Twitter thread started by Joel Torres of The Scrap. He revealed that he identified most of the contestants from a video uploaded by Gabriella Fernandes with Chandler at the TUF house.

Torres stated that he had a list of fighters who he anticipated would appear on TUF and that he had viewed Fernandes’ video numerous times to cross-reference the faces in it.

From the tweets, it seems that Michael Chandler’s squad includes several former UFC fighters, like Cody Gibson, Austin Hubbard, Brad Katona, Roosevelt Roberts, Kurt Holobaugh, and Kurt Holobaugh. Whereas Team McGregor appears to include MMA aspirants seeking for their first UFC deal. Nate Jennerman, Rico DiSciullo, Carlos Vera, Trevor Wells, Mando Gutierrez, and Aaron McKenzie are a few of the fighters who are on Team McGregor.

According to several reports, the theme of TUF 31 may be veterans vs newcomers. The season’s contestants will be split evenly between prospects who haven’t yet participated in the UFC and previous UFC fighters who have been let go from the promotion.

As he films for the forthcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter as a coach, Conor McGregor made his long-awaited return to the UFC. McGregor will serve as the TUF coach a second time previously featuring in the 22nd edition of the reality television show.

In a recent video that has surfaced on the internet, the Irishman was seen recording himself. After seeing the video, many people felt that McGregor was obviously drunk. His demeanor reveals the truth.

He’s been criticized heavily and accused of setting a bad example for the aspiring fighter. The Notorious One is no stranger to controversies and this incident will go down the list of controversies the Irishman has created throughout his career.
