Ahead of this much anticipated heavyweight fight, Tai Tuivasa and Ciryl Gane met face to face in front of the iconic Eiffel tower.

The pair was there for a photo shoot session for the promotion of the fight. Both Tuivasa and Gane posed for the camera making it look like a serious rivalry. But in real life, both fighters are extremely friendly to each other. In the video posted by the official UFC Instagram account, it can be seen both the fighters greeting each other and sharing a laugh.

After the photoshoot, Tuivasa brought in the shoey tradition that has gained huge popularity nowadays. Surprisingly, Gane was super cool with it and didn’t shy away from the picture. Both held the shoey and acted to drink it in front of the camera.

“This is for after the fight,” said Gane about his idea to do the shoey after their fight.

This is going to be one of those fights where both the fighters don’t hold any kind of grudge against each other. Both are just doing their jobs and will fight each other for the same thing, a shot at the UFC gold. Fights like this generally put the fight fans in confusion as nobody wants to see any of these loose.

However, fans of their respective countries might feel a little biased and support their national hero. Needless to say, the fight is going to be amazing as both the fighters are absolute killers and don’t back away from straightforward exchanges. It’s highly possible that the fight will end with a knockout. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments.
