Famous influencer and social media personality Addison Rae once had to face a huge backlash after she was seen talking with Donald Trump at UFC 264. Fans called out Rae for supporting Trump and she was on the verge of being canceled. While Addison was under some serious heat for her actions, UFC president Dana White consoled her and offered Rae some words of wisdom.

Addison Rae is a huge name in the mainstream media. She started with TikTok and since then has released her music, created a makeup line, and was the lead in the Netflix movie “He’s all that.” She was also the media correspondent for the UFC. However, that role didn’t last long due to the Donald Trump incident. Addison Rae was seen going out of her way to introduce herself to former US president Donald Trump. The whole interaction was recorded on camera and is part of a vlog by NELK Boys. Due to the group’s huge social media fanbase, Rae’s exchange went viral pretty fast. After that, it was only a matter of time before people on Twitter were trying to cancel Addison Rae.

Amidst all this drama, UFC President Dana White reached out to Addison Rae to console her. White on the Full Send Podcast, revealed what he advised the TikTok star. “She’s a good kid, she’s a nice kid. I called her, and said, ‘Listen. Who gives a f*ck? F*ck all of them,’” said Dana White.

Dana White himself is no stranger to being called out for his friendship with Donald Trump. Trump has helped with the foundation and growth of UFC. Due to this and his love for the sport, the former president of the U.S.A. is seen in attendance at numerous UFC events.

Rae since then has addressed the backlash and made it clear that she does not support Donald Trump.”I mean, I don’t support Trump. And if someone does, that’s their opinion and I respect everyone’s opinion, for each their own. But it’s very rare on occasion that you ever get to meet a former president, and I think most people could agree with me on that,” said Addison Rae in her interview with the LA Times.
