Headlined by Thiago Santos vs Glover Teixeira on November 7, UFC’s Fight Night event does not have a fixed location which has been announced as of yet. A featherweight division bout has been added to the event as Eduardo Garagorri takes on the more experienced Darren Elkins.  

Potentially to be held in Las Vegas at UFC Apex, this could be one of the unexpected entertainment spectacles of the night.

Garagorri  has won just one of two under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Humberto Bandenay at UFC Fight Night Uruguay. Having lost just 1 fight in his professional career, he is competing for the first time in almost a year. With his last fight taking place on November of 2019. Garagorri has competed 14 times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those bouts went the distance.

Talking about his opponent, Elkins enters the contest riding a four-fight losing streak. Dropping bouts to Alexander Volkanovski, Ricardo Lamas, Ryan Hall and Nate Landwehr. Elkins has not earned a victory in almost three years. With his last win coming over Michael Johnson at UFC Fight Night St. Louis. Elkins has picked up 12 of his 24 professional MMA wins by decision, with another eight coming by TKO.
