“Power pad work”- Conor McGregor shares snaps of himself ahead of high intensity training

Conor McGregor
Conor McGregor has been hard at work since he announced that he intends to return to the UFC at a bigger weight class. Conor has been sidelined ever since his loss to Dustin Poirier where he savagely broke his leg.
Conor has had to put on weight while he undergoes rehab for his broken leg and he seems to be doing quite well by the looks of the training footage he has been sharing on his social media. Conor looks extremely sharp, as he hits pads in recent videos.
In an Instagram post, Conor is getting ready to hit pads as a part of his training. He has definitely put on a lot of weight while keeping his physique as impressive as ever. His coach thinks that he walks around at about 190 pounds (86 kilos), a weight he can’t cut yet due to the leg injury. Conor is joined by Coach Raj Vrinceanu of Team Crumlin, with who he joined forces prior to the Dustin Poirier fight. He even got a masseuse, which is quite the Conor move.
He captioned the post, “Getting ready for some power pad work in the sunshine with coach @rajvrinceanu and my masseuse @vasile_bria_dr_pain! ?? Team @mcgregorfast! #LetsGo15h.”

Conor McGregor training footages leaves fans unconvinced

Fans have expressed their concern over the injured leg, but Conor has given us an update and though his recovery seems to be on schedule, fans speculate whether “The Notorious” will make a triumphant return.
While fighters like Kamaru Usman think that the Irishman has been facing his own demons and just needs to get out of his slump, others like Henry Cejudo are taking a jab at the Social media footage posted.
It’s rumored that Conor plans on fighting for the lightweight title upon his return, however since we’re talking about Conor here, anything goes. Coach Kavanagh believes that a return during the European Summer or International Fight Week makes sense for Conor.
