UFC Lightweight Terrance McKinney did justice to his UFC debut earlier this year in order to be heard out loud in UFC, the Spokane, WA, USA native took only 7 seconds to knock out his first UFC opponent at UFC 263, making the case for the fastest knockout victory in the lightweight division’s history.
The fans were much excited for McKinney’s second fight, which was supposed to happen at UFC Vegas 43 but unfortunately dropped due to exposure to a Covid-19 positive person, amongst his team.
Terrance McKinney frustrated by last fight cancellation, calls for being a backup for upcoming lightweight bouts
In the wake of unpredictable incidents that caused cancellation to the fight, Terrance McKinney is definitely frustrated therefore he made an announcement on Twitter saying, “I’ll pick up any fight if someone drops out this year. Riddell, Fiziev, Guida, Santos, Ferreira, Gamrot, Sayles, Leavitt, Oliveira, Poirier. It doesn’t matter, I’ll play pick up with any of em, I just wanna fight.”
Mckinney has fought only once in the UFC but has fought 4 times so far this year counting his bouts in the previous MMA promotions. Regardless, he awaits for a fifth fight and instead of rescheduling, McKinney feels calling out would be much more convenient.
