As the rumors of a trilogy fight between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz is increasing, the former double champ teases fans with his recent post. 

The rivalry between Mcgregor and Diaz is considered one of the most popular in UFC history. The duo has faced each other twice in 2016 and has an even score against each other. Both Diaz and Mcgregor are masters of trash talking and never backed out from throwing insults at each other. Whenever both the fighters came against each other whether it’s inside the octagon or in the press conference it was always entertaining for the fans.

In a recent interview with Adam’s Apple, Diaz revealed about his UFC contract and upcoming fights. “I’m on my last contract right now.” While addressing the rumors about fighting Mcgregor in his last fight, the Stockholm native revealed that he has no interest in that fight. ” Not right now, he’s got a lot of work to do,” said Diaz.

McGregor recently posted a video on his official Instagram account. The video was an edited clip of Mcgregor dropping Diaz down with a brutal left hook. The notorious hilariously captioned the post by writing “Nate Diaz ti**y shake on the drop.” The caption referred to Diaz hitting the ground and resulting in vibration throughout the body. The clip was of the second fight between Diaz and Mcgregor that took place at UFC 202 on 20 August 2016. 

UFC 202 was a rematch of Diaz and McGregor after the Irish lost his first UFC fight against Diaz four months before at UFC 196. The first time both faced each other, Diaz managed to submit Mcgregor via a rear-naked choke. The submission forced Mcgregor to tap at 4:12 in the second round.

When the second fight was finalized, the hype around it was enormous and the event broke previous records of Pay-per-view sales. Mcgregor won the rematch against the crowd favorite, Diaz via a unanimous decision.
