Khamzat Chimaev on Nate Diaz
“The Stockton Slugger” Nate Diaz is one of the biggest draws in the UFC right now. He only has one fight left on his contract, and he is eyeing a big matchup against any top 5 contenders in the UFC. Khamzat Chimaev is a rising prospect and he called out for a fight against Nate Diaz.
UFC offered this fight to Diaz, and he believes it is extremely disrespectful towards him, that a guy who’s had only 4 fights in the UFC is getting the opportunity to fight him. In a recent interview with TMZ Sports, he said, “They’re coming at me with him, I’m like, don’t disrespect me like that. Tryna offer me a fight with a rookie? I’m cool. You got four fights in the UFC, don’t even talk my name. Fight the newer guys in the UFC.” Nate also delivered a message to Khamzat as he said, “There’s level to this, I don’t even wanna hear his name.”
Nate, who is 1-3 in his last four outings suggested his teammate Nick Maximov’s name as he stated, “Hey Khamzat, if you in there, don’t be a b**ch, my boy’s right here, fight him.” Nate gave a message to other top-tier welterweights as he stated, “Anybody at a higher level, even playing along to this Khamzat shit, you’re a b**ch too. Taking that shit.”
“Nick Diaz Army” went after Khamzat Chimaev as he disrespects Nate Diaz and their leader
Both Diaz brothers are highly respected in the MMA community, “Nick Diaz Army” is as loyal as it gets, and after Khamzat replied to Diaz’s comment, they went after him hard. They called out Khamzat for not being respectful towards the legends of the sport.

Another one asked him to learn how to respect the legends of the sport, he posted.
Khamzat claimed Nick Diaz ran away from him, one of them pointed out the incident where Nick was in the hospital all bruised up, but still fought Joe Riggs for disrespecting him, this was also featured on UFC’s FightLore series.
One of them pointed out the time when Khamzat pulled out from his fights against, Luke Rockhold and Leon Edwards, he posted this.
