Tyron Woodley donates to Stephan Bonnar's fundraiser

Earlier this week, Stephan Bonnar experienced a terrible incident as the fighter’s home caught fire and was completely destroyed. Tyron Woodley raised awareness about this incident and urged the fans to donate to the fundraiser.

On Monday, UFC Hall of Famer, Stephan Bonnar’s house caught fire and was completely destroyed. The fighter was left with no place to live and stranded with his family. Despite the terrible incident, thankfully, no injuries occurred. TMZ made the first report regarding this accident. Bonnar lives in Henderson, Nev., and has put out a fundraiser to raise money to repair the damages.

Tyron Woodley, former UFC welterweight champion has raised awareness of this issue and urges fans of MMA to donate to the fundraiser. He put out a tweet that suggests he has donated $4000 to the fundraiser of Bonnar’s family. The Henderson Fire Department took more than an hour to extinguish all the fire from Bonnar’s residence.

In his recent tweet, Tyron wrote, “@StephanBonnar NEEDS US!! Donate now!!! He kept the UFC alive sacrificing his body vs Forest Griffin $4000 from the Woodley’s match or exceed. We have to protect our own!!!!”

Bonnar was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2013 for the fight Woodley mentioned in his tweet. Bonnar vs Griffin was the final fight in the inaugural season of The Ultimate Fighter and the two legends absolutely gave everything they had to entertain the fans. Bonnar retired at the age of 35. Bonnar is currently 44 years old.

Tyron has not made an appearance in professional fighting since his KO defeat against Jake Paul in the blockbuster boxing match on SHOWTIME PPV.
