UFC Vegas 11: Khamzat Chimaev shuts down Gerald Meerschaert in less than 20 seconds
Don’t even blink your eye or else you will miss what happened. Khamzat Chimaev knocked out Gerald Meerschaert within 20 seconds of Round 1 at UFC Vegas 11.
One of the most heated fights of UFC Vegas 11 saw Khamzat Chimaev against Gerald Meerschaert. It was almost everyday that a new verbal allegation was thrown from one fighter to another.
Chimaev is one of the top prospects in the UFC after his fantastic start to the UFC. Back in July, he won two UFC fights in a matter of 10 days, winning both by finish.
Whereas Meerschaert is 31-13 in the MMA and 5-5 in the UFC. He most recently lost to Ian Heinisch by TKO at UFC 250 in June earlier this year.

As soon as the fight started Khamzat Chimaev needed just one punch to shatter all verbal confrontation with Gerald Meerschaert. Winning via TKO in just 17 seconds.
