UFC Vegas 12: Uriah Hall def Anderson Silva by TKO

In the main event of UFC Vegas 12, UFC’s legend Anderson Silva stepped in the Octagon for one last time to face Uriah Hall. Israel Adesanya who considers Silva as one of his idols is also in the crowd to support him. This is very emotional for ‘The Spider’s’ fan as he makes his last walk towards the Octagon.
Round 1: The round started with Silva making his signature movement inside the Octagon. Both of the guys are circling each other nobody strikes in the first minute. Silva landed the first strike with a leg kick, followed by some beautiful punches. Spider is looking sharp today he is landing some clean strikes.
Silva fires back with a punching combination and body kick, Hall is looking uncomfortable. With the round was just about to end Hall strikes one left hand straight at Silva’s face. The bell sounds and Silva seemed to win this round. A good first round from ‘The Spider’ his skills looked ageless.
Round 2: Silva started the round with a hard kick on the body of Hall. Both fighters are striking less as they started the first round. Hall tries a jab but misses, Silva is revolving around him. Silva connects with a spinning back kick to the body. Hall is playing defensive not throwing many strikes. Hall lands a spinning kick to the midsection of Silva.
Hall almost ended the fight in 3rd Round
Round 3: Both of the fighters started this round with more aggression than the previous ones. Silva started the round in his funky and aggressive style. Hall and Silva landed more strikes in this round, Hall spins a body kick but misses. Silva throws a left hand of his own followed by a jab.
Silva ties up with Hall against the fence and lands foot stomps. Hall pushes him and struck a right hand that resulted in Silva landing on the ground. Hall rained down the punches on Silva and the bell saved him if there were 5 seconds more the round should have ended right here.
Round 4: Silva is injured his eye is swelling. Silva hits Hall with a left hand to the face. Silva charges in but eat a punch from Hall. Silva goes down and Hall charges again on him and Herb Dean jumps in that’s enough. Uriah Hall secured a win against Silva in his last match. After the fight Hall is almost in tears this was a great show of respect from Hall. The Spider ended his carrier with a loss but great respect for him.
