UFC Vegas 47 takes place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is headlined by a spectacular middleweight fight between Sean Strickland and Jack Hermansson. Julian Erosa and Steven Peterson get into a dog fight at UFC Vegas 47
Round 1: The two fighters take the center and Peterson attacking the legs already. A clinch from Peterson pushes Erosa to the cage. A really nice body kick from Erosa. Great exchange from both the fighters as but Erosa walking down his opponent. Big shots from Erosa followed by a hook kick attempt. Both the fighters landing big shots and get into a brawl at the end of round one. Great round!
Round 2: Peterson with a huge right hand as he looks to be the aggressor. Julian Erosa starting to hurt Peterson but he counters with some good shots. Erosa goes for the takedown but fails. Peterson with a straight hand that lands clean. A big right from Peterson and wobbles Erosa. Both the fighters swing their hands and land big. Erosa with an upper cut that stings his opponent. A nice high kick from Peterson. Julian looking to turn things up and a heavy exchange. End of round 2!
Round 3: Erosa stumbles but Peterson does not follow. Great jab from Peterson that is countered with a takedown by Erosa. Peterson almost gets a guillotine but Erosa finds his way up. The two featherweights throwing up some big shots. Peterson lands some huge shots on an Erosa with half guard. A right hand from Erosa that lands. Both the fighters swinging and landing clean shots. Change of levels from the fighters. A spinning kick attempt from Erosa as a great fight ends!
