In possibly the biggest moment of his career thus far, Jey Uso finally won his first singles championship of his career. Uso squared off against Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental title in the main event of Raw. After a thrilling back-and-forth encounter, The YEET Master became the new champion. One might argue that this wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Rhea Ripley.
Ripley took to X and shared footage of herself before the main event title bout. In the clip, Mami can be seen ‘YEETing’ alongside the rabid crowd during Uso’s entrance. An enthusiastic Ripley sent a message to the former Bloodline member, wishing him luck for his match against Breakker. Following the implosion of The Judgment Day at SummerSlam, Ripley and Damian Priest have formed an alliance with Jey.
In fact, this has sparked rumors of an on-screen romance angle between the two stars. The duo’s social media antics have further added fuel to the speculation. Uso has never shyed away from showing his interest in Mami, with his flirtatious exchanges dating back to a year ago.
Once Dominik Mysterio was out of the picture, the 39-year-old star reverted back to his old ways. Over the past few weeks, Jey Uso has been Ripley’s knight in shining armor, saving her from multiple brutal beatdowns by The Judgment Day. Having said that, it won’t be surprising to see The Eradicator join in on Jey’s celebration on next week’s episode of Raw.

Rhea Ripley dropped a shocking bombshell on the latest episode of Raw. After interrupting Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio, Ripley added a twist to her upcoming match at Bad Blood. The Eradicator revealed that Dom will now be suspended in a shark cage above the ring, much to the dismay of The Judgment Day couple.
During a Raw Exclusive interview, Ripley spoke in detail about the stipulation. The Aussie star claimed that she was prepared to take back her Women’s World Championship. However, Mysterio would have posed as a distraction in her match.
Further, Ripley mocked her former teammate, disclosing that he has several fears, including that of heights. Therefore, the 27-year-old found Dom’s predicament hilarious, adding that he was also claustrophobic. Needless to say, only time will tell how much this stipulation actually benefits Mami at Bad Blood.
