Valorant 1st Birthday on 2nd June: Livestream and Giveaway Announced
Valorant has grown from another FPS game to a loved community with uncountable fans all over the globe. It is not unexpected that Valorant 1st Birthday will create a buzz on the internet. It has spread over many countries and even has its own international tournaments. From the alpha version of the game to beta, and finally the version we play today, Valorant has outgrown many games of its genre in a very short span of time.
Owned by RIOT Games, Valorant was first teased under the codename Project A in October 2019. The game began a closed beta period with limited access on April 7, 2020, followed by an official release on June 2, 2020. The development of the game started in 2014. Valorant is a team-based first-person shooter game set on the near-future earth. Players play as one of a set of agents, characters designed based on several countries and cultures around the world. Recently, Valorant has started singing its lore to the larger audience and Duality had taken the community by storm. It’s no wonder this popular game, Valorant 1st Birthday would be celebrated with a bash.
Valorant has announced via an online post that it will be celebrating its 1st birthday over a live stream at 8 PM on 2nd June 2021. Making it a grand gesture, it will be also collaborating with an artist named Bricx Dumas, who has created a Valorant Birthday artwork. Anyone watching the live stream will have a chance to win a mouse pad that has been customized with the Birthday artwork.

Bricx is an artist born in Leyte, Philippines, and is now currently based in Quezon City, Philippines. He works with murals and illustrations. Bricx has extensively travelled around the Philippines to photograph and showcase Filipino indigenous culture and its beauty.
