Valorant players had wanted a butterfly knife for a long time. With Episode 3 Act 2 incoming in a few days, Valorant Butterfly Knife is finally going to become a reality. The Butterfly Knife is one of the most stylish pieces of cosmetics in FPS games that had carved its name in gaming history since the launch of one in CS: GO. The article covers the leaks of the Butterfly Knife coming to Valorant alongside a new bundle named Recon.

Valorant Butterfly Knife
A large portion of the Valorant player base comes from other games such as Rainbow 6, Overwatch, Call of Duty, and more importantly, CS: GO. The Ruin Dagger in Valorant takes its inspiration from the Falchion Knife in CSGO and the Prime Knife is inspired by the Karambit in CS: GO. Therefore, it is no surprise that Valorant players had been requesting the CS: GO fan favourite Butterfly Knife to be introduced in Riot Game’s tactical shooter.
A new Valorant Butterfly Knife has been finally leaked by Mike at ValorLeaks, who is a prominent data miner, which has been confirmed to be a butterfly knife. The developers of Valorant also had previously held an online press conference covering these different changes, where they also confirmed that a Butterfly Knife is indeed coming to Valorant.
New Skin: Recon Bundle
A new bundle have been shared by the same source, whose part the butterfly knife is. The Recon Bundle is on its way to Valorant, hopefully in the upcoming act. As shared by Mike, the bundle will cost 7100 VP, includes 4 levels to upgrade along with VFX, Animations, and finisher. The new element in Levels 2-3 includes attaching random items to the gun without affecting the gameplay, which is a new addition in Valorant.
Having 5 items in the bundle, Recon includes a butterfly knife, Ghost, Spectre, Guardian, and a Phantom. The bundle offers three variants in colours including Red, Blue, and Green Camouflage. While a large part of the gaming community is excited to witness a butterfly knife in the game, at last, a portion is disappointed to receive it in a mediocre bundle as well.
