Valorant KAYO Bug Fixed By a Hotfix by Developers: 800 HP Bug in Game

It’s not new that players in Valorant come across several bugs and glitches throughout the game, and especially after patch notes. Valorant KAYO Bug had recently taken over the game as the agent was reportedly seen having 800 HP even before getting knocked down in his ultimate. A few clips posted floating around show KAY/O getting brought down to 0 HP just to instantly gain 850 HP. Valorant KAYO Bug Fixed
Valorant’s 16th and newest agent, KAYO, had a bug for several days that makes it incredibly hard to kill, with clips showing KAY/O’s ultimate activating after being dealt with a fatal blow. When KAY/O’s Ultimate ability is active, if he’s dealt fatal damage, he’ll be in a destabilized state with a huge health boost waiting for a teammate to fully revive him.
In some videos circulating on the internet, a player fired their Vandal at the opposing KAY/O and hit them six times for 474 damage, including two headshots. But KAYO had continued to survive the gunfight and take out the confused player. Other players using KAY/O showed their perspective of the bug, which grants them over 800 health in addition to the 100 base HP and 50 shields. KAY/O’s ultimate appears to be the culprit, which allows the killer robot to be knocked down after taking fatal damage. Allies can revive KAY/O after he’s dropped and the agent is granted a large amount of health while he’s incapacitated.
The Valorant developers saw the game-breaking bug through social media ad several complaints reported to them and took a measure to cure it through a hotfix that has been deployed today. Valorant usually deploys its patches with updates at an interval of two weeks. The latest patch had fixed a number of issues, including Skye’s ability to use her flashes after being suppressed, as well as several other bugs.
Given the severity of the bug involving KAYO, giving it near invulnerability in important matches like Competitive, developers had decided the better of it and chosen to introduce a hotfix rather than waiting for the whole week. With the hotfix that was deployed yesterday, players can rest at ease knowing that the Valorant developers dedicated their time to immediately fix the problem.
It was in a dilemma that if this bug continues to adversely affect competitive matchmaking, Riot will likely disable KAY/O until he was hotfixed. So, to the thrill of players, the matter has been taken care of and gamers can play a fair game.
