Valorant Sprinter is the potential upcoming agent in the game who has already been teased through a sneaky player card on this act’s battlepass. The new Episode 3 Act 3 of Valorant: Reflection, has already launched a couple of days back and received two new skin bundles as well as its 17th agent.
There was an earlier instance of a leak through data mining that revealed an 18th agent was already on work. This new agent was found along with Deadeye’s files and suggests it may be the next new agent. The article talks about the teaser of the 18th (or 8th) agent in this act’s battlepass in detail.

Valorant Sprinter: New Agent Teaser
It is a long tradition in Valorant to leave easter eggs for upcoming elements in the game within the released items. It’s the same with our upcoming 19th agent, who was leaked earlier in a source code. Apparently, there are strings in Valorant that suggest there is already another agent in the making, namely, Agent 18, codenamed “Sprinter”.
According to Mike, a famous Twitter data miner who has previously released upcoming information on many changes coming through in Valorant, the new agent’s 18th codename is supposed to be Sprinter.
A popular YouTuber, named Valroant Update, the teaser for Sprinter has already been released in the ongoing battlepass through a player card named “Live Wire.”It can be gathered from the card that the upcoming agent will be based on electricity since the card depicts electric arcing. It also hints at the Magepunk bundle card showing the same, again confirming the release of the Magepunk 2.0 Bundle that was also leaked along with Sprinter himself.
The card also reveals the number 8 traced in the middle of the card using the electricity, pointing towards the agent number. This incident traces back to the onset of Valorant release when the official agent list still has the 8th agent place missing.
While this missing agent scene was investigated, RIOT promptly replied the agent will be “back as soon as he returns”, thus implying he is absent in the RIOT metaverse for now. According to a netizen, this could possibly hint towards Sprinter being able to travel between the two worlds in Valorant, and possibly being stuck in one due to some problem.
In any circumstances, players can expect to see another new agent with the beginning of Episode 4 for sure and it might be a bit more complex than you think.
