According to a large number of players, a message showing ‘Order timeout’ error is popping up and the Valorant Store not Working after purchasing the new bundle. After multiple players reported issues with purchasing the new Recon Collection, which includes the popular butterfly knife melee weapon, Riot has disabled VALORANT’s Store and content purchases. Valorant Store Not Working: Order Timeout

Weapon Skins are arms in VALORANT that have their appearance modified. They can be bought from the store with Valorant Points or Radianite Points. The animated and unanimated collections of weapons mostly are offered in exchange for a generous amount of Valorant points, but it’s currently not a viable option as the store has been disabled by RIOT after a long day of huge traffic.

The recently released Recon bundle has proved to be a hugely popular and fan-favorite bundle among the Valorant gamers and has attracted an unusual amount of traffic in the store. The bundle has 4 levels of upgrade and levels 2-3 include attaching random items to the gun without affecting the gameplay, which is a new addition in Valorant. The military-style bundle has more than 12 detachable items that can be added randomly to the gun.

However, after RIOT received a large number of tickets claiming they had their payment confirmed but did not receive the skins, instead of an ‘Order timeout’ message, the Valorant store was temporarily disabled. After the package went live, Fnatic’s Derke shared a screenshot of the mistake. BBG’s bjor quipped on Twitter, “Let me give you my money,” while Team Liquid’s soulcas joked, “We missed the drop it’s all sold out.” However, any players affected by the error will “either get what you bought or get refunded,” as assured by Riot.
