Victoria Azarenka says yes to Covid-19 vaccine, will skip Stuttgart

Ever since the introduction of the Covid-19 vaccine, the ATP & the WTA has encouraged players to go ahead and accept the dose. While some players have shown reluctance, some have readily agreed.
Two-time Aussie Open champion, Victoria Azarenka has decided to take the vaccine, due to which she will skip the WTA 500 tournament in Stuggart, next week.

Tweeting about the same, the Belarusian said, “I will unfortunately not be able to compete in Stuttgart next week as I will be receiving my first dose of vaccine at the same time.”
As the tennis stands divided on this issue, the World No.15 has shown great courage and drive in accepting the vaccine.
A few days ago, we saw Daniil Medvedev getting infected by the virus. He was one of the players to oppose the vaccine earlier along with World No.1, Novak Djokovic.
