Mike Tyson is set to make her boxing return after 19 years against YouTuber turned-boxer Jake Paul. At the age of 58, Tyson would face an opponent like Paul, who is currently in his prime. This has put the legendary boxer in the spotlight, with fans discussing the battle on the internet.

The fight will take place on November 15th and will be streamed live on Netflix. Ahead of the fight, Tyson seems to have transferred to the old days, appearing in interviews and promoting his fight. Given the hype, as expected, fans are also eager to get a glimpse of him, and recently, a young fan did the same.

In a recent viral video, a fan asked Tyson for a picture, which the legendary boxer promptly declined. Tyson was first annoyed, and the fan eventually apologized. The legend quickly changed his mind and asked the fan to sit with him and snap the picture. It was a wholesome moment that drew the attention of many fight fans.

Ahead of the fight, Mike Tyson has gotten into shape and looks way better than the average 58-year-old. However, it’s hard to say if that can transpire in the boxing ring, as many experts and fans are concerned about him. While many have slammed Jake Paul for asking for the fight, some aren’t happy about Tyson agreeing to it.

UFC Hall of Famer reveals the importance of a backup fighter ahead of Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul

The fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson was initially supposed to take place on July 20 but had to be postponed. Tyson experienced some health issues during a flight and was taken for an emergency check-up. In the meantime, BKFC superstar Mike Perry decided to step in and fight Paul, which didn’t go well for the former UFC fighter.

However, Mike Tyson looks confident and has slammed the critics who raised questions about his ability to fight. UFC veteran Chael Sonnen recently gave his opinion about the fight and presented a different perspective. Sonnen talked about a potential backup fighter that would be necessary if Tyson meets another health hazard.

Generally a backup fighter would come in to save the day…that math doesn’t totally work because Mike Tyson vs. Anybody doesn’t work. It’s gotta be Mike vs. Jake. Now, Jake vs. the right opponent does work…So, you end up in a bit of a tough situation.

As of now, there is officially a backup fighter for the Paul vs. Tyson fight. However, given the opportunity, it won’t be surprising to see someone popular stepping in at the last minute to fight Paul. While fans won’t like that to happen, nothing can be said about it.
