The India versus Pakistan match always brings out memorable events that are cherished forever. As both countries lock horns so very few times, fans become desperate to fill the seats at the stadium while the others leave their work and glue to the screens to watch the high-octane clash.

When Rohit Sharma‘s men yet again faced Babar Azam-led Pakistan to open their T20 World Cup campaign, the atmosphere became surreal for the former while for the latter, it was all heartbreak. Nevertheless, watching that classic rivalry certainly must be a lifetime experience for the fans. 

But amongst the many videos that have surfaced online from that match, a video has gone instantly viral where a group of Indian fans could be heard trolling a Pakistan fan for not holding the national flag correctly.

In the video, a Pakistani fan was cheering for his team by holding an inverted Pakistani fan. He was completely oblivious to this but a few Indian fans shouted at him to inform him that he was holding the national flag incorrectly. The Pakistani fan heard them, realized his mistake, gave a thumbs up to the Indian fans, and held it correctly after then.

Meanwhile, Pakistan gave a 160-run target with the help of half-century knocks from Shan Masood and Iftikhar Ahmed. Arshdeep Singh and Hardik Pandya scalped three crucial wickets.

During India’s chase, Pakistani bowlers got rid of the three top-order batters. Then Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya kept the momentum balanced with their careful knocks.

Kohli played one of the best knocks in his career with an unbeaten 82 runs off 53 balls to guide India to a four-wicket victory. Pandya scored a crucial 40 runs to stitch an important stand with Kohli.

16 runs were needed off the last six balls then what happened during that time will be re-watched by many cricket lovers. So much drama happened that it was impossible to decide the winner before the last ball of the innings.

Mohammad Nawaz bowled a no-ball, and later three byes were given. Ravichandran Ashwin’s presence of mind was praiseworthy, before he scored the one run to win the match.
