India vs England 2021: WATCH – Heated words exchanged between Virat Kohli and Jos Buttler

India came up with an inspired performance to take the 5-match T20I series 3-2 in a high-scoring encounter. Having been earlier put in to bat, they rode on brilliance from Rohit Sharma in the beginning to get to a superb score of 60/0 in the Powerplay. Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav then took over and kept the scoreboard ticking. After the latter’s dismissal, it was Hardik Pandya who joined his Indian captain and the two went after the bowlers to take India to a huge score of 224/2. India then restricted England after a few jitters to seal victory.

There were some heated words exchanged between Indian skipper Virat Kohli and English wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler during the fifth T20I between India and England in Ahmedabad. The incident happened after the latter was dismissed off Bhuvneshwar Kumar‘s bowling in a crucial juncture of the match just as his partnership with Dawid Malan was building and looking threatening.

The partnership between Jos Buttler and Dawid Malan was proving to be very threatening when an inspired bowling change by India worked wonders. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was brought into the attack to get a breakthrough and that was exactly what he did as he got Buttler to chase after a delivery outside off. The ball was hit straight to Hardik Pandya who took the catch with glee.

After Pandya took the catch, there were some heated words that were exchanged between Jos Buttler and Virat Kohli, the reason for which remains unknown.
