The elite quarterback still has a long way to go until he finally takes over after Brady’s legacy of 7 rings.
However, it appears that the Kansas City Chiefs star has already earned the respect of his peers to be called a ‘GOAT,’ in their opinion. The Buffalo Bills’ Von Miller, who is struggling with his form at Buffalo, showed high respect for Mahomes on social media.
He commented on the quarterback’s latest post of flaunting his three Super Bowl rings, with a goat emoji on Instagram– showing his utmost respect for the reigning Super Bowl MVP.
This isn’t the first time that the linebacker has spoken about Mahomes in this manner. Back in 2022, Miller praised Mahomes by calling him the “definition of a Hall of Famer.” That was before the Mahomes’ consecutive two Super Bowl rings, which established the Chiefs as a dynasty in the league.
Drafting the Texas alum in 2017 was truly the best decision made by the Chiefs as he transformed the franchise into a leading Super Bowl contender with six consecutive AFC game appearances and four Super Bowl appearances in the last five seasons. Miller was indeed right when he said there hadn’t been anyone who played gridiron like Mahomes.
