After a long period of scarcity of entertainment for the Indian Cricket fans who were disappointed with the postponement of IPL-2021 were are finally going to witness the much awaited historic inaugural World Test Championship Final which is to take place of June 18,2021 in England. With India and England all set to clash in Ageas Bowl in Southampton, the ICC has recently released the rules for the WTC finals. The ICC rules comprises of significant provisions which regulates and provides procedure for the decider such as the trophy to be shared between two nations in case of a draw.

India’s Spin Wizard, Ravichandran Ashwin is the most experienced spin bowler in the present Indian squad which is to compete with the Kiwis for the WTC trophy. The 34 year old is vested with a significant role to play in the Finals by continuing the form he showcased in England Test series which took place earlier this year. It is noteworthy that that Ashwin scalped a total of 32 wickets in the series which was instrument for India’s win over England as the results read 3-1. Also the experienced spinner requires only 4 more wickets to become the leading wicket taker in the World Test Championship.

Wasim Jaffer, former Indian opener made a hilarious tweet tagging Ashwin. The tweet had a meme which was a screenshot from the Bollywood movie Munna Bhai M.B.B.S, indicating Ashwin to explain the Indian team about the conditions proposed by the ICC for playing the World Test Championship Finals between India and New Zealand.
