WATCH: Fat Joe bizarrely claims his hand stinks after dapping up Joel Embiid in MSG
Philadelphia 76ers lead the series 3-2 and are one win away from moving on to the 2nd round of the playoffs.

New York Knicks superfan and rapper Fat Joe has a bizarre claim against Philadelphia 76ers superstar Joel Embiid as playoff battle heats up
New York Knicks fans are some of the most loyal in basketball. Most of the time that loyalty pushes them to be borderline hostile towards their opponents for the night. Currently, the Philadelphia 76ers are the ones they cannot stand. No wonder superfan Fat Joe had a bizarre claim against Joel Embiid in tonight’s playoff game.
Before the game started, Joel Embiid and his teammates were on the court for their pre-game warmups. Apparently, that is when rapper Fat Joe met Embiid. Joe revealed their exchange and added a bizarre claim at the end.

Let's go Knickerbockers. Now let me tell you something. My fist stinks a little. Cause Joel Embiid just walked by gave me a dap. My shit smell a little. It smells dirty.Fat Joe said
Essentially Fat Joe was throwing shade at the Philadelphia 76ers superstar. After all, they happen to be rivals at the moment for his New York Knicks.
He is a loyal fan of his hometown club and anybody who is on the other side is a rival. Therefore, even if he ever happened to know the reigning MVP personally, on game night, everyone else is the enemy. Joe took it a little further by talking about how the stink from Embiid was causing problems for his Knicks.
But no one knows how bad he felt when the Philadelphia 76ers won in overtime, sending the Knicks fans including Fat Joe wondering if their season has drawn to a close. After all, the game will be in the 76ers’ home with the Knicks trailing 2-3.
Joel Embiid’s knee will decide the series
On a normal day with all players healthy, one could not decide which team would win. With the New York Knicks down their primary big man, all the analysts suggested that the Philadelphia 76ers were in pole position to move on to the 2nd round of the playoffs. However, it has not been that easy for them as Joel Embiid is nursing himself back from a knee injury.
That knee will end up deciding how the series goes when they welcome the Knicks on Thursday. In today’s game, it was apparent his movement was limited, which is why he was uncharacteristically poor from the field. Today Tyrese Maxey bailed him and their team out.
But if he also endures an average night, the New York Knicks can steal the series from under their noses. Therefore, how Joel Embiid’s knee behaves is crucial to their playoff success.
