Boston Celtics fans were not happy after the team's Game 4 loss

The Boston Celtics endured their first loss in the 2024 NBA Finals series in Game 4 against the Dallas Mavericks at the American Airlines Center. However, this result wasn’t the only thing that caught everyone’s attention at the AAC. Notably, it was the Celtics’ fans fighting amongst themselves after their side’s poor loss that made headlines after Game 4.

A group of Celtics fans was captured getting into a fistfight, which eventually escalated into a brawl in the stands. Other fans and arena officials had to intervene to separate the group and stop the fighting.

On the contrary, the Mavs handed themselves a lifeline in this ongoing series against the Celtics. The Mavs’ star duo Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving finally came to their side’s aid in Game 4 after poor performances in the last 3 matches. Doncic dropped 29 points, five assists, and five rebounds, whereas Irving posted 21 points, six assists, and four rebounds for the Celtics.

With the Mavs still two down in the series (3-1) against the Celtics, it will be intriguing to see how Doncic and Irving perform where anything apart from a win could see their title hopes getting crushed in the NBA Finals.

The Boston Celtics were outclassed against the Dallas Mavericks 122-84 on Friday. Notably, the Celtics’ star duo Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum had an off night as they both did not manage to reach the 20-point mark. Not only the Celtics players, but their fans also had an off night at the American Airlines Center, so much so that they started beating each other.

Despite the Celtics fans fighting amongst themselves, there will not be a lot of tension among the Celtics players as they are just one win away from securing the NBA title.
