Wrestlemania 37 match was changed due to an injury

Bad BUnny will face The Miz at Wrestlemania 37
On a recent episode of WWE Raw, multiple matches for Wrestlemania 37 were announced. But one of the matches left the fans confused. Bad Bunny will be taking on The Miz in a singles match. The match was initially scheduled to be a tag match and also feature Damian Priest and John Morrison.
But it has been revealed that both Priest and Morrison are suffering from minor injuries. This motivated WWE to reconsider the match, and hence, a singles match was announced.
PWInsider has reported that if Morrison and Priest get cleared to wrestle, before Mania, then the bout will be changed back to a tag team match. In fact, even if the decision came down to the last minute, WWE is open to change it to a tag match on the day of the show.
The Miz – Bad Bunny match could still be a tag team match at Wrestlemania 37

WWE preferred to announce the singles match and then turn it into a tag team match reather than changing an announced tag team match. On the latest episode of WWE Raw Bad Bunny accepted The Miz’s challenge for a match at Wrestlemania 37.
Priest was last seen in action in a match against Jaxson Ryker on March 15. Whereas Morrison last made an in-ring appearance, way back on February 22. He faced WWE US Champion Riddle in a losing cause. So far, no update has been provided on their injuries, but we hope to see them in action at Wrestlemania 37.
Wrestlemania 37 airs live on 10th and 11th April 2021.
