Femi was coming off a victory after defending his NXT North American Championship against Tony D’Angelo at NXT No Mercy. This rivalry is clearly not over yet, as made evident in the latest episode of NXT. During the show, the D’Angelo Family were chatting backstage when the 26-year-old approached them.

Femi talked trash about the faction, and they shot back, saying he got lucky and that their leader wasn’t done with him yet. The Nigerian professional wrestler turned to Adrianna Rizzo and told her that she was talking out of her league.

Further, Oba Femi added that in many cultures, women were only meant to be seen and not heard. This suggests that certain cultures view women only as eye candy, disregarding their intellect, thoughts, and opinions.

Furthermore, internet users drew comparisons to the Republican candidates, Donald Trump and JD Vance, who are already advocated for by the Hulkster.

Several netizens insisted that such content should not be broadcast on TV in 2024. WWE has gone through a major revolution in women’s wrestling over the past decade. The promotion should honor that and treat women the same in backstage segments as well.
