Henry Cejudo is an Olympic gold medallist wrestler,Former UFC flyweight champion, best-selling author and the only American to ever win a gold medal in freestyle wrestling. His success story is well worth reading.

Cejudo was born to parents Danny and Loreda in Phoenix, Arizona, where he grew up in a working-class family, and all this while benefitting from his father, who was a champion wrestler himself, but lost everything when Henry left for college. After he graduated college Henry began training with some of the best wrestlers in the world including his mentor Eddie Bravo, as he head big goals for himself.

The American kickboxer started as a wrestler, making it to NCAA Division I national champion with Oklahoma State University in 2003. After that, he became the youngest ever American athlete to win an Olympic gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He went on to make it big in MMA, eventually winning the UFC Flyweight championship at the age of 33 and has since become one of America’s most compelling MMA fighters. People always say that before you can achieve your goals you first have to believe that it’s possible. Henry Cejudo has been living proof of this point.
