LeBron James and Ric Flair

Dubbed the GOAT, LeBron James has been one of the NBA’s best players. His 21-year legacy, which spans from 2003 until 2024, is significantly greater than the careers of many players. James had a fantastic night recently when the Lakers faced the Pelicans in their final league game, and that moment caused WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair to criticize the ESPN host for his last-year jab at James.

ESPN’s Alan Hahn, who made a swipe at him for his style of play branded LeBron James old. He implied that James had aged by comparing him to an old iPhone with a dead battery. Even though it had been a year earlier, Ric Flair remembered and tweeted about it, tagging Hahn in a tit-for-tat situation and tribute to the Lakers icon.

I am sorry to report to you @alanhahn that LeBron recorded another triple-double a year after you called him an old man. You stupid SOB. It's so embarrassing to have you report about sports. When I see you on @GetUpESPN or @firsttake, I turn the tv off. @KingJames, Triple-double. the @Lakers march on! woooo!
Ric Flair wrote on X

Flair has been a Lakers fan for a very long time and he admired James’ gameplay. Nonetheless, it is obvious for him to act like this. However, after his tweet, Hahn replied and called him old again.

Ric Flair introduced LeBron James as the “Greatest Athlete in the World”

Many people consider LeBron James the GOAT of basketball, but being called the “Greatest athlete of all time” in the whole world is a different league talk. Ric Flair never hesitated to praise James over the years. In 2020, when they hosted the New Orleans Pelicans at Staples Center, Flair was there to introduce James in front of the whole crowd and he did it with his trademark style.

Los Angeles, home of the greatest franchise in sports. The LA. Lakers! and the home of the greatest athlete in the world today, LeBron James-the king! Wooo! Woooo.
While introducing King James, Ric Flair shouted

Cleveland is home to both athletes, and the WWE Hall of Famer has always been grateful to James for bringing home the championship in 2016. Without a doubt, Flair would never tolerate someone speaking negatively of James. He took matters into his own hands and defended the player this time as well.
