“Keep trying trolls”: Alexa Bliss shoots down fallout rumors with Ronda Rousey

Rousey and Bliss

Ronda Rousey made a blockbuster return to WWE at the 2022 Royal Rumble. She is now gearing up to participate in one of the biggest matches of her professional wrestling career. “The Baddest Woman on the Planet” will be going after Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, in less than a week, at Wrestlemania Saturday.

Rousey’s first stint with the company was back in 2018, when she had teamed up with Kurt Angle to face Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Her in-ring prowess received immense praise from the WWE Universe as well as the critics. After impressing the fans in her Mixed Tag Team match, she soon became a part of the Championship scene.

While her first title bout in WWE, was against Nia Jax for the Raw Women’s Championship at Money in the Bank. But Alexa Bliss walked away with the title that night after successfully cashing in her Money in the Bank contract – kicking off a feud against Ronda Rousey.

Alexa Bliss and Ronda Rousey had feuded for quite some time, for the Raw Women’s Championship. Surprisingly, twice during their feud, Bliss suffered back-to-back concussions when battling Rousey! She became quite critical of the UFC Hall of Famer’s ability to perform in the squared circle. But once again recently, a report emerged suggesting that Bliss was criticizing Rousey’s in-ring abilities in a group chat with other WWE Superstars.

The report came to the notice of Alexa Bliss and she took to Twitter to clarify things. “This is quite comical & not true. I’m only in one group chat & its with my bridal party…#keeptryingtrolls” – tweeted The Goddess of WWE.

The Baddest Woman on the Planet

“The Baddest Woman on the Planet” won the Women’s Royal Rumble match earlier this year. Ronda Rousey announced that she will be going after Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. Initially it seemed like she would be main-eventing the first night of Showcase of Immortals, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

WWE recently aired the Wrestlemania RAW episode. During one of the segments, Kevin Owens categorically mentioned that he will be seen in the main event of Wrestlemania Saturday. With this announcement, The KO Show with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin is practically booked to close the first night.
