Asuka is one of the most dynamic women in WWE currently. Her striking ability is unmatchable and her move set is unbearable. The Empress of Tomorrow is one of the most versatile superstars in WWE and is none less than one of the most popular ones as well.

Asuka signed a developmental deal with WWE in 2015, where she became the first Japanese wrestler with the company in over 20 years. On NXT, she held the NXT Women’s title for 510 days, the longest title reign. Her undefeated streak of 914 days which went through her NXT career and headed into the main roster career was amazing.

Asuka Royal Rumble debut came in 2018 when the first ever 30 women Royal Rumble match was hosted. The match saw the Empress of Tomorrow win the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble match by eliminating 3 women. In 2019, Asuka was challenged by Becky Lynch for the Smackdown Women’s Championship which she successfully retained marking her second win at the pay-per-view.
In 2020, Asuka challenged Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship which she was not able to win marking her first loss at the pay-per-view. In 2021, Asuka entered the pay-per-view along with Charlotte Flair as the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions but returned from the pay-per-view after losing the titles to Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax.
