Bayley Royal Rumble debut came in 2017 where the Role Model challenged Charlotte Flair for the Raw Women’s Championship but wasn’t able to win the match. In 2018, Bayley entered the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble match at No. 29 and eliminated 1 woman but wasn’t able to stand tall in the end.

In 2019, the Role Model again entered the Women’s Royal Rumble match this time at No. 27 and lasted for around 15 minutes, eliminating 3 women, before being eliminated. In 2020, Bayley was challenged by Lacey Evans for the Smackdown Women’s Championship which she successfully retained.

In 2021, Bayley entered the Women’s Royal Rumble match at No. 1 and remained in the match for around 30 minutes, eliminating 1 woman, before being eliminated by the ultimate winner, Bianca Belair.
