“I am an animal”: Becky Lynch posts cryptic tweets ahead of Wrestlemania 38
Lynch
Becky Lynch is one of the most decorated Superstars on the WWE roster today. She has been holding a Championship since she returned to the company at Summerslam 2021. Big Time Backs had pinned then Smackdown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair in 26 seconds to win the title. Belair and Lynch had feuded for quite some time, but the EST of WWE failed to recapture the title.
A lot has changed since then. Big Time Becks and the EST of WWE have been drafted to the Red brand. Lynch also now holds the Raw Women’s Championship. Additionally, she also has immense momentum behind her having successfully defended her title against the likes of Lita, Liv Morgan and even Doudrop.
But apart from this, the feud is now coming to a full circle. Bianca Belair has a chance to avenge her damaging 26-second loss at “The Biggest Party of the Summer” last year. She is going after Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at the biggest event in the sports entertainment industry – Wrestlemania!
While Becky Lynch has been one of the top performers for the company in the recent years. As Big Time Becks, she has been portraying a heel character who will go to any lengths to secure a win. Recently, she has started trying to get into Bianca Belair’s head by mocking her.
Initially she started by posting a tweet which read – “WWE MSG. I was fantastic. You cant spell Wrestlemania without EST but you also can’t spell Wrestlemania without MAN!!!! You also can’t spell Wrestlemania without ANIMAL…which is what I am.”
This seemed like the Raw Women’s Champion’s way of getting into Belair’s head who had mentioned that Wrestlemania cannot be spelled without EST. But then it continued like a game and Big Time Becks just continued making cryptic tweets.
Becky Lynch faced Bianca Belair at MSG
WWE recently held a live event at the Madison Square Garden. Some of the top titles from the company were on the line – and so was the Raw Women’s Championship. Becky Lynch put the title on the line in a Triple Threat match which involved Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley.
As per the audience in attendance, it was one of the best matches of the night. Lynch managed to retain the title. This is a massive win considering Wrestlemania is now less than a month away. But to be fair to the EST of WWE, at the Showcase of Immortals there will be no interferences. Just her and Lynch one-on-one.
