Former Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch faced Bianca Belair at Wrestlemania Saturday and if it wouldn’t have been for Cody Rhodes, the match between these 2 women would’ve definitely been the match of the night. Even though Becky lost, she and Bianca did tear the house down. There had been talks between the WWE’s most prolific woman was in talks with Kevin Feige of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for a potential role in the MCU.

Becky Lynch is one of the most successful female wrestlers on the WWE roster today. She, like her fellow Horsewoman Sasha Banks, wants to parlay her wrestling fame into acting jobs in Hollywood and beyond. Big Time said as much in a recent interview with ComicBook. Just days before going open about her pregnancy, Becks stated that she was in discussions with Marvel for a prospective MCU role in 2020.
Becky adds that nothing concrete, or at least nothing that can be openly discussed, came out of the discussions back then. “Maybe there could be something in the future,” she said. “Maybe, maybe… we don’t tell secrets around here. We don’t tell Marvel secrets around here.”
Becky Lynch has previously acted in various productions for WWE’s film division, such as The Marine 6: Close Quarters and Rumble. In 2020, she had a cameo in Showtime’s Billions. If she does play a superhero on screen, she will be joining fellow WWE veteran Batista, who is best known for portraying Drax the Destroyer in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. In terms of female stardom, she’s right up there with The Rock and John Cena, who have both had a great deal of success beyond the squared circle. However, if the present time is concerned, the former Women’s Champion has nothing concrete about her debut in the MCU but the door of possibilities shall always be open.
