“Big Man can’t fight without his blankie,” John Cena’s Peacemaker takes a dig at Superman

Cena and Superman
John Cena is one of the biggest globally known stars. He was catapulted to stardom after he was signed by WWE, then known as World Wrestling Federation, in 2001. When he started appearing for the company, Cena played the character of a trash-talking rapper, who was immensely loved by the fans.
Clearly, WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon loved him too, and pushed him extensively as the face of the company for nearly a decade. During this period he played a crucial role in making the company a global brand. After practically achieving all there was to win in WWE, the Leader of Cenation switched careers and moved to Hollywood.
Initially Cena’s acting career didn’t quite get as much success as he did as a professional wrestler, but 2021 turned out to be massive for Cena, the actor. Last year, John Cena was seen playing crucial roles in The Suicide Squad and F9, from the Fast & Furious franchise. The fans loved Cena’s role as the Peacemaker in The Suicide Squad so much, that he is now headlining his own television series.
The initial four episodes of the show aired recently and grabbed several eyeballs due to a particular scene where Cena called DC’s iconic hero Batman a “jacka**” and a “p***”. If this wasn’t enough, a new promo video has been released where John Cena’s Peacemaker is not only shooting down Batman with his words, but some of the biggest heroes of the DCEU.
In the promo video the Peacemaker is explaining why he is better than the other Superheroes. “Superman – isn’t his cape like the blanket when he was a baby? Big man can’t fight without his blankie, still makes me laugh,” claimed Peacemaker. He goes on to explain why he is better than the likes of Shazam and Batman among others.
John Cena was recently seen on Summerslam

The 16-time WWE World Champion made his much awaited return to WWE in the final moments of Money in the Bank PPV. He straight-up challenged the Universal Champion Roman Reigns. They feuded for an entire month – advertised as “Summer of Cena”.
John Cena and Reigns delivered some of the most memorable segments of 2021. The two behemoths finally collided at Summerslam 2021 – where Roman Reigns managed to emerge victorious. While this was the last time we saw Cena on WWE TV, he has promised the fans that he will be back soon.
