“Not a planned spot” Brock Lesnar reportedly went off-script at WWE Elimination Chamber
Twitter erupted after they saw Brock Lesnar F-5 Austin Theory from the top of the pod
The WWE Elimination Chamber event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, took place yesterday and showcased competitive contests as well as the company’s top talents. Brock Lesnar defeated the other five men confined in the Elimination Chamber with him in the show’s main event, becoming a seven-time WWE Champion. However, a report has been emerged that the current WWE Champ went off-script during the bout.
Brock Lesnar breaks script inside the Elimination Chamber
There was a point in the contest when Brock decided to bust through his holding pod and enter the match that may have stuck out to many watching. According to a fresh report from PWInsider‘s Mike Johnson, this wasn’t something scheduled ahead of time for the fight.
“Brock Lesnar blasted through an actual Elimination Chamber door to enter the EC match, and we’re informed that wasn’t a planned moment,” Johnson says.
With Brock Lesnar‘s triumph at the Premium Live Event, the WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, will face Lesnar in a title vs. title, winner takes all battle. The two have battled against one other before, but the implications have never been higher than now, with ut now being a Champion versus Champion match.
Will Brock Lesnar versus Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania have both the titles on the line?
Lesnar’s fate at WrestleMania 38 had already been decided. Following his victory in the 2022 Royal Rumble, the 44-year-old revealed his ambition to face Universal Champion Roman Reigns in April. However, pre-Chamber reports suggested that the contest would be a title versus title bout, likely as a result of Brock’s WWE Championship victory in Saudi Arabia.
Following Brock’s victory, WWE began promoting the bout as “Champion vs. Champion.” This caused some misunderstanding because the phrase did not always imply that both belts would be on the line. Thankfully, the situation has finally been resolved.
The “Title vs. Title” stipulation is stated expressly in the latest WWE.com writeup. This will be the first time a wrestler has had the opportunity to leave WrestleMania with two world titles since Becky Lynch became Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion after defeating Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey in a Triple Threat at WM 35.
