Vince McMahon is one of the most powerful man in the entire professional wrestling industry. Currently serving as the CEO and Chairman of WWE, the third-generation wrestling promoter has been in the business for well over five decades now. Over the years, Vince McMahon has delivered some really memorable as well as some really questionable storylines on WWE.

The WWE Universe is now gearing up for their biggest event of the year – Wrestlemania. Now in its 38th year, the Showcase of Immortals has delivered innumerable moments for the fans. There have been several instances where celebrities from different industries have showed up to perform on the mega event.

The fans have such strong association with WWE that a recent incident at Oscars 2022, led them to hilariously speculate that if the segment was Vince McMahon’s brainchild! Actor-comedian Chris Rock was presenting the best documentary prize with a short comedy routine. During which, he cracked a joke on Jada Pinkett Smith’s hair, comparing her to Demi Moore’s look in “G.I.Jane”.

The joke didn’t go down too well with Jada’s husband, actor Will Smith, who walked up the stage and punched Rock! “Keep my wife’s name out of your f*****g mouth,” shouted Smith. The audio was bleeped out for several moments. It still isn’t known whether this was a scripted segment, as legendary actor Denzel Washington was seen comforting an emotional Smith after the incident.

While the viewers were in shock, many WWE fans took to Twitter to compare the moment with a Wrestlemania match! While many fans joked this segment could’ve been Vince McMahon’s brainchild, some asked him to add the match to Wrestlemania card!

Will Smith walking up and punching Chris Rock got some of the fans desire a professional wrestling match between the two actors. Many even claimed that it had the perfect story – considering Smith attacked Rock and even walked with the Best Actor Award for his role in King Richard. While it was the first Oscar win of his career, his incident earlier in the night took away all the limelight. Twitter went berserk with requests to Vince McMahon for their Wrestlemania match!
