The Rock is one of the most popular superstars in the world of professional wrestling. He had kicked off his career as a football player in college and had even won a national Championship. But after going undrafted in the NFL Draft in 1995, he made the switch to a career in professional wrestling.

Dwayne Johnson comes from the iconic Samoan Wrestling family of Anoa’i. He is the son of iconic professional wrestler Rocky and Peter Maivia is his maternal grandfather. He has been with the company since 1996 and is considered to be one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. He gained immense popularity with his role of a charismatic trash-talker.

In 2004, The Rock decided to pursue a career in Hollywood. While he continues to make sporadic appearances for WWE, Johnson’s focus has primarily shifted to his acting career. He has starred in some iconic movies like the Fast Five and Jumanji. Today, he is one of the world’s highest earning and highest-grossing actors.

While The Rock has starred in some really iconic movies. But fans were waiting for him to jump onto the bandwagon of comicbook movies. DC signed Dwayne Johnson to play the role of Black Adam. The shooting for the same has been wrapped up and if you were following his social media you might know that the actor had put in extra efforts for the prep of this movie.

In an interview with Men’s Journal where he revealed that the workout regime was the hardest he had done in his career. “The training we did for this movie was the most arduous I’ve ever done in my life. I promise you this: The hierarchy of power in the DC universe is about to change.”

World’s Scariest Man recently challenged The Rock

A new challenger recently stepped up The Rock, from a new industry. “The World’s Scariest Man” Martyn Ford, who is gearing up to face “Iranian Hulk” Sajad Gharibi – recently challenged Dwayne Johnson for a boxing match.

While speaking to Muscle and Health, Ford mentioned, “I’d love to challenge The Rock to a fight. We’d make a fortune. It would be a phenomenal fight because he’s a great athlete. He’s very mobile, strong and comes from a wrestling background.”
