Harland debuts on NXT 2.0 with a dominant win, attacks former Smackdown Superstar

Harland is one of the latest additions to the WWE roster. Parker Boudreaux is a former college football, who got really popular due to his resemblance to the “Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar. He was a part of the largest class of the WWE Performance Centre recruits. He debuted a couple of weeks ago on NXT 2.0.

Bordeaux debuted with the ring name of Harland and even with a new bald look. This could be a conscious decision from WWE, to ensure that fans do not compare him and Lesnar all the time. He primarily featured in segments along side Joe Gacy. On the latest episode of NXT 2.0, Bordeaux made his much-awaited debut.

Harland participated in a match against WWE Superstar from India – Guru Raaj. As soon as the match began, Harland went into an all-out attack mode. He tried his best to knock Raaj out. A side suplex followed by a chokeslam earned him a dominant win in his debut match. But this wasn’t all!

After the match, Harland attacked Raaj and thrashed his head on the mat several times. Several WWE officials ran in to try and stop him, but predictably, only Joe Gacy for change. In a later segment, the security were trying to lead the debutant outside the arena. This was when a former Smackdown Superstar was also attacked.

The Lesnar-lookalike grabbed Brian Kendrick, WWE Coach and Producer and flung him down a flight of steps. The commentators revealed that Kendrick suffered a possible cervical fracture.

Harland appeared for the first time, after Joe Gacy’s match. Since the beginning it has seemed like Gacy has some control over the Lesnar lookalike. Gacy could use this control over the big man for his own benefit. In fact, we could even see him winning a title soon, with his “massive” advantage.

But the big man could soon realize that he is being used and could turn on Gacy. While it is too early for that, it is bound to happen somewhere down the line. But one thing that the fans are eagerly waiting for is when Bordeaux goes up against Lesnar!
