WWE releases the trailer of “HEAVEN” documentary

HEAVEN is an upcoming WWE documentary

WWE is gearing up for the release of their first documentary, which is beyond the world of sports-entertainment. The trailer of their upcoming documentary, HEAVEN, was recently released. The documentary will air on WWE Network from March 7th, 2021.

Stephanie McMahon will be presenting the introduction to the documentary. WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix will be the narrator of the documentary. The company has hinted that they will be producing many more documentaries that are outside the purview of sports documentaries.

“The story of Heaven Fitch is the beginning of a new genre of storytelling for WWE Network Documentaries. She has inspired so many with her elite athleticism as well as her numerous accomplishments. We are excited to share Heaven’s championship story with the WWE Universe,” said Ben Houser, VP & Executive Producer, WWE Network Documentaries.

Stephanie McMahon will provide an introduction for HEAVEN

The documentary focuses on the life of a high school wrestler, named Heaven Fitch. She goes on to become the first female competitor to win a boy’s state wrestling championship. The story is based in North Carolina.

A part of the synopsis of the documentary reads – “The film documents her inspiring journey up the ranks and the challenges she faced along the way, from proving doubters wrong to defying the odds and making history.”

The documentary will be available on the WWE Network, on-demand from 7th March, 2021.
