“I don’t know…me,” Charlotte Flair reveals her Top 3 contenders for Royal Rumble

Charlotte Flair is one of the biggest Heels in WWE today. Interestingly, 3 of the Top 4 Championships in the company are held by Heel characters. While Flair holds the Smackdown Women’s Championship, Roman Reigns holds the Universal title and the Raw Women’s title sits on Becky Lynch’s shoulders.
But out of all of them, Flair has been a Heel for a major part of the career. The Queen not only aims to win her matches but is also focussed on demeaning all her opponents. Her character is so impactful that the WWE Universe often associate the character with the Superstar! But they can never ignore the fact that Flair is the most successful Women in the history of the company – with 13 World Championship reigns.
The Smackdown Women’s Champion is always looking for new ways to extend her dominance on the roster – and she managed to do it once again when Charlotte Flair announced herself as a participant in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. The winner of the match usually earns a title shot at Wrestlemania – hence the announcement was shocking as Flair is already a Champion.
Before even heading into the match – Flair has already teased that which Superstar she will be focussed on eliminating, WWE Hall of Famer Lita. In their recent interaction during the latest episode of Smackdown, both the Superstars had a powerful exchange which ended with Lita serving Flair with a Stunner. But the Smackdown Women’s Champion recently made it clear that she will not only be after Lita but is aiming for a win as well.
Charlotte Flair recently appeared for an interview with M. Skye of TV Source Magazine, where she revealed that whom she feels are the Top 3 Contenders to win the Royal Rumble. “So for Rumble, my top three— Shayna Baszler, Alexa Bliss, and wow, I don’t know…Yeah, me,” mentioned Flair. Interestingly, she had some short yet exciting feuds with both – Baszler and Bliss.
The Charlotte Flair – Alexa Bliss rivalry
Post WWE Summerslam 2021, Alexa Bliss kicked off a feud against Charlotte Flair. During this feud Flair held the Raw Women’s Championship, But more than the title, the feud revolved around Bliss’ supernatural doll Lily. The 2 Superstars collided for the title at Money in the Bank, where Flair not only managed to retain the title but also destroyed the title.
Post this Bliss went on a break from WWE, and was expected to come back after Flair once she returned. While the Goddess did return earlier this month, but on another brand than Flair. But they are expected to come face to face during the Royal Rumble match and we could witness a highlight moment between them.
