“Would love nothing more than that”: John Cena wants to return to massive Hollywood franchisee

John Cena was ruling all forms of entertainment in 2021. First of all, he returned to WWE at Money in the Bank, shocking the entire WWE Universe. But this wasn’t like his recent one-off appearances. He returned for an entire month and feuded against Universal Champion Roman Reigns week after week.

The Leader of Cenation and the Tribal Chief delivered one of the best feuds of the year. It concluded with Roman Reigns picking up a clean win over the 16-time World Champion. But this wasn’t all. Cena is also an actor in Hollywood and was part of two of the biggest blockbusters of the year.

John Cena starred as Jakob Toretto in F9: The Fast Saga and as The Peacemaker in The Suicide Squad. Interestingly, in both the movies Cena was seen in a never-seen-before avatar. While in F9 he was seen playing a negative character, who eventually turns to the good side. On The Suicide Squad he was seen donning a Superhero avatar as Peacemaker.

While he was immensely loved in both the roles – fans got a chance to see more of him as The Peacemaker. He got his own tv series too, which was recently revealed for its second season. But on the other hand, he might not be seen again playing the role of Jakob Toretto. The next installment of the Fast Saga are unlikely to include John Cena.

But during an interview with Good Morning America, the Leader of Cenation revealed that he would love to return to the franchisee. “ I really hope you see me in Fast 10. I know they’re gearing up for production and I would love nothing more than to return to the franchise. I’m a big fan myself,” mentioned the 16-time WWE World Champion.
