Jon Moxley
Jon Moxley is known for his wrestling skills and his in-ring ability. But the former WWE superstar also possesses fascinating mic skills and has a brash style of reacting to anything. The same took place when he returned from rehabilitation and was talking about his time off in AEW.
While he was addressing his time off, a fan shouted at Moxley and said “get the trash out the ring” when the fiery superstar fired back and said “Aye, go f**k yourself. Get that guy outta here”. The whole incident was caught on camera while live broadcasting and the fans there enjoyed it. (Quotes from TMZ Sports)
The crowd at the event then cheered their favorite Moxley and applauded him for hitting back at the fan. The AEW megastar then continued with his segment and addressed the demons in his life an how he fought the physically as well as mentally. He also said that fighting demons has printed scars on his character but he never ran back from them.
Jon Moxley recently published his autobiography labelled ‘MOX’
On November 2nd, Moxley’s autobiography titled “MOX” was released. In the book, he has made some interesting revelations about his time with WWE. He mentioned that he was often asked by the Chairman of WWE, Vince McMahon, to “tone it down”. Moxley went on to mention that this instruction from McMahon often made him self-conscious. Here’s what he mentioned in his book:
“The response from the crowd to all of it was great. I had been hitting on all cylinders that evening. The note I got from Vince: ‘Tone it down.’ The next night I went out and had basically the same match in Richmond, except this time I felt strangely self-conscious. It was not as good. I didn’t really do anything different, but I felt like I was wrestling in f***ing bowling shoes with ‘tone it down’ ever present in my mind.” – Cagesideseats
