There have been rumors for over a month that AEW was going to introduce a new show. Recently, during the Warner Bros. Discovery Upfronts presentation, AEW announced Collision, a new two-hour weekly TV program. There have been few details about it yet. Recent reports, on the other hand, suggest Tony Khan will introduce WWE’s traditional strategy to the roster.

Following the announcement of the new show, AEW fans have been wondering who will appear on Collision and who will stay on Dynamite. There have been various rumors that there would be a soft division on the roster, but the champions would be free to appear on both brands. However, it looks like this might have changed, according to the latest reports.

According to Fightful Select, there will be a firm brand split on the AEW roster. The current roster will be divided into two halves, with one half staying in Dynamite and the other half moving to Collision. The Champions will, however, not participate in the brand split and will be able to appear across both brands.

There will be some exceptions to the split, where some wrestlers will move across brands as per requirement. Rumors have been surfacing that CM Punk, Thunder Rose and Miro will be part of this new show. On the other hand, The Elite will stay back on Dynamite and entertain fans on the show.

But after being excluded from yesterday’s announcement, Punk’s status still remains unclear. Thunder Rosa and Miro have made appearances on Dynamite, confirming their plans. The AEW fans will witness interesting things in the upcoming time.
