Finn Balor’s demon persona has been hailed as one of the best alter egos of all time. It is something that Balor himself developed and the persona was loved by the fans as well. Having put in so much effort and time in his character Balor wanted to nail it every time he stepped in the ring with the Demon persona.
Whether it be the music, the entrance, the body movements, or the terrific body paint, Balor always experimented with his character to bring the best out of it. Finn Balor was scheduled to face Seth Rollins for the first ever WWE Universal Championship match at Summerslam 2016.

MJF was used as a Body Double for Finn Balor at Summerslam 2016

The match was going to be a big one for Balor as the stakes were pretty high. Therefore Balor obviously wanted everything to be perfect including his body paint as well. Therefore, he tested the paint on a body double and you would be shocked to know the body double for testing Finn Balor’s paint was none other than the top AEW star MJF.
Yes, MJF tested the paint for Finn Balor before his match against Rollins at Summerslam 2016. Balor entered in his demon persona and eventually won the match in one of his best performances of his career to become the inaugural WWE Universal Champion.
Well this wasn’t the first time when MJF had appeared in WWE. The top AEW star has always wanted to work with the company. MJF appeared at an episode of NXT as a part of the team of security personnel escorting Samoa Joe to the ring. MJF was walking at the front and at one point even got ahead of Joe who then pushed him back as well.
MJF also participated in WWE talent recruitment show Tough Enough which gives a chance to young competitors to make it to the company. The AEW star participated in the sixth season of the show , but the production team didn’t feel that MJF had enough heat to bring it on the roster at that time.
Now, MJF is currently one of the hottest topics of discussion in the pro wrestling fraternity as his return at ALL OUT was awaited from a much longer time. MJF is believed to be the next one holding the current vacant AEW World Championship.
