Brock Edward Lesnar well known all round the world as Brock Lesnar is a former UFC heavyweight Champion who currently works with WWE. Brock Lesnar is the only person in the history to hold the heavyweight championships across different promotions like WWE, UFC, NJPW,and the NCAA. Lesnar got into amateur wrestling during his senior year at high school. Brock Lesnar after joining college went on to win the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) heavyweight wrestling championship. In 2000 Lesnar would win National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I heavyweight wrestling championship on his second attempt.

Brock Lesnar signed with WWE in 2000 which saw him move WWE’s developmental territory at the time Ohio Valley Wrestling. During his time in OVW Brock Lesnar along with Shelton Benjamin won the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship three times. Lesnar made his main roster debut in 2002 along side manager Paul Heyman while interrupting a match between Al Snow, Spike Dudley and Maven to attack them. ‘ The Next Big Thing’ as Brock’s manager would call him defeated Bully Ray ot become the King Of the Ring.

At Summerslam Brock Lesnar defeated The Rock to become the WWE Undisputed Champion becoming the youngest wrestler at 25 to do so in the history of WWE. With the title win began the meteoric rise of Brock Lesnar. Lesnar during his time with WWE which included him leaving the company and returning back has managed to win the WWE Championship 7 times, WWE Universal Championship 3 times.

Brock Lesnar during his early days as champion notably feuded with the likes of The Undertaker, Big Show and Kurt Angle.  Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle were involved in a feud with each other for a better part of two years as the two amateur wrestlers would have battles for the WWE Championship. The two would go on to put on a show in a 60-minute iron man match and fought with each other on Smackdown episodes from 2002-2004.

Kurt Angle in an interview with the “Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling” podcast, was full of praises for the Beast Incarnate and even called him as the best in the business :

“He’s one of the best workers in the business,” Angle said. “Very light, he knows how to go. He knows psychology. The kid, he picked it up very quickly and he was really talented. Very mature for his age back then because he was only like 22 years old when he started in WWE. He always had it. He was a great talent. One of the best.”

Brock Lesnar is one of the best if not the best wrestler to ever step foot in ring in the WWE. Lesnar who recently lost his title to Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania, returned on Smackdown to demolish Roman Reigns and the Bloodline.
